We charge $300 USD to curate a journey. This amount is fully adjustable against the final booking amount once the journey is confirmed.

How does the $300 USD curation fee work?+
It secures our research, route design, on-ground checks and private access arrangements. Once you confirm the journey, the full $300 is adjusted against your final booking amount — so it is never an extra cost for confirmed travellers.
How far in advance should we book?+
Four to six weeks is comfortable for most journeys. For peak season (October to March), festival dates, tiger safaris and palace suites, four to six months is advisable — the best rooms and naturalists are booked far ahead.
What is the payment and refund policy?+
A deposit of 25% confirms the journey, with the balance due 90 days before arrival. Cancellations more than 90 days before travel are refunded less the curation fee and any non-refundable supplier deposits; within 90 days, bookings are generally non-refundable as hotels and permits are already committed.
What group sizes do you take?+
We work privately — couples, families and small groups of up to 12 guests. Larger celebrations and buy-outs are possible on request, planned with a longer lead time.
What is included in 'curation' versus the final booking cost?+
Curation covers the itinerary design, hand-picked stays, private guides, experience access and a personal point of contact throughout. The final booking cost covers the journey itself — accommodation, transport, guiding, permits, monument fees and the experiences agreed. International flights, visas, insurance and personal spending are not included.
